Fish Stir Fry

  • Fat of choice {I used butter}
  • 12oz frozen bag of vegetables, your favorite one! I used a mushroom, onion, carrot, snow pea mix.
  • 2 6oz fish fillets {any white fish, tuna, salmon or swordfish will work!}, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1-2 Tbsp. favorite seasoning blend {I used Italian Seasoning}
  • Salt + Pepper, to taste
  • Coconut Aminos, to taste {optional}
  • Zucchini Noodles {optional}


  1. Get a large skillet heating with your favorite fat, I used Kerry Gold Butter!
  2. Once your skillet is ready, add in your frozen vegetables and let them cook.
  3. While that’s cooking wash under cold water, pat dry and chop your fish fillets up.
  4. When your vegetables are almost cooked through, add your fish, seasoning, salt + pepper and coconut aminos and let it all cook.
  5. Once it’s all cooked you can add in a little more fat if you’d like {it’s highly suggested because it tastes so good!} and a few dashes of coconut aminos!
  6. Serve with your side dish of choice and enjoy!
