Finally a normal week!!!! So, so happy to be back to a normal meal plan!

| Tuesday | Chicken + Spinach {w/ Rice for Mr. Not So Paleo} |
| Wednesday | Mushroom – Salad Cups w/ Cube Steak |
| Thursday | Cube Steak + Veggies |
| Friday | Beef Stir Fry {with Rice for Mr. Not So Paleo} |
| Saturday | Pork Tenderloin with apples + Roasted Sweet Potatoes {and Roasted Potatoes for Mr. Not So Paleo} |
| Sunday | Fall Out Boy Concert!!!! Sooo no idea! |
** We don’t plan breakfasts and lunches…generally just do leftovers from the night before or eggs for breakfast {or lunch}. Mr. Not-So Paleo has plenty of snack food / other stuff he likes that he makes himself if he gets hungry too!

So you’ll notice that this weeks menu is a little boring with stir frys and cube steak almost every night — we’re moving and most of my awesome cooking supplies have been packed up already in preparation!
