Worked at standing desk for good portion of day!
Wait.. coffee with butter.. does that taste good? I miss my half & half, so I’ve been using full fat coconut milk – never tried or even thought to try butter.
oh gosh it’s so good…it reminds me of either whole milk or half and half..gotta be unsalted and most people say to use a blender to mix it up, but I just use a spoon and stir it in because I’m lazy lmao 🙂
I’m going to try this in the morning and let you know how it goes 🙂
Okay I’m glad I poked around b/c I was about to ask the same thing about coffee with butter! Would it work with ghee? I don’t do dairy, and hardly ever use butter.
Hey Leslie! You could use Ghee….I found that the brands I get are a bit too salty tasting for coffee, you could try to clarify your own butter or make your own ghee and see if that changes the salty level at all 🙂
