Morning{8am}: 1 cup of coffee w/ butter, Fish Oil Pill
Lunch {~11:30pm}: {4} Leftover sweet potato rounds w/ butter
In-between: Hardboiled egg w/ 2 mini-pickles
Dinner{~7:30 pm}: Chicken Scampi w/ a smidge bit of rice + Feta
After: Saffron Earl Grey Tea
Everything else:
Workout {~6:00pm}: Level 1 30 day Shred {Jillian Michaels}
Water Intake: 5 {maybe 6} 24 oz water bottles
Vitamins: {taken after dinner} Fish Oil, Vitamin D & Magnesium
Additional Notes:
Did a ton of cleaning today! Got some work done, then felt uber lazy..hence I worked out later then I normally like to!
