Here’s the skinny — I’ve seen a few wedding photographers that I admire {Allison Marie Photography being one} who has done a 101 goals in 1001 days list. And a ton of other people / blogs have done then – And I LOVE this idea! I think it’s so much better than a New Years Resolution and it gives me a space to think about doing all the things I want to do and it’ll challenge me to do it! I’m totally doing one for our photography business too, but I figured POAB needed one too! {Some of the items are the same on each list, but others are different!}
I’ll either blog about completed goals or just let you guys know that it’s been completed as we go on through this! So here they are! If you end up starting one leave a comment with the link! I’d love to check out your list 🙂

Happy Thursday!
this is an awesome idea. you NEED to get a hot stone massage, they are totally awesome. And if you need a little help being “friends with” your crockpot, here is a really great and easy recipe to start with http://fastpaleo.com/pulled-pig-over-mashed-plantains/ you can’t mess it up and it doesn’t take a lot of prep. it’s great with the plantains but I am sure you could serve it with any side you wanted.
good luck on your journey!
Thanks for the link, and way to go in making your own list! You’ve got some awesome goals in there 🙂 Just fyi, your end date should be 2015 rather than 2014 🙂
Thank you Allison! Haha whoops, I’m going to fix the year now!
And Thank you for being such an inspiration! I absolutley adore your blog and your work 🙂
I’ve never commented on your blog before but I like this. A lot. Thanks.
Thank you Tom!!!
I hate to break it to you, but Nov 5 2014 isn’t 1001 days from yesterday! My husband and I are making our list, and as Nov 5th is our wedding anniversary and 2014 would be our 5th anniversary, we thought that would be neat…..but then the more we looked at the dates, we realized that 1001 days from yesterday is actually November 6, 2015!
Heyy Rebecca,
Yup, just noticed! Going to fix it now!
You must REALLY need a vacation … numbers 25 & 37 are “go on a vacation”!!!
Love the idea, though!
Sorry, it’s numbers 23 & 37 … but you STILL need to go on a vacation!!
For number 28 — Scrambled Chocolate Eggs …. put 1 tbs of unsweetened natural cocoa powder in a cup. Add a sweetner to taste – honey, splenda, stevia – whatever …. crack in one egg and stir vigourously until everything is well combined. Pop it into the microwave for 30-35 seconds until it is firm but somewhat wet.
Tastes like chocolate cake! I like them for breakfast or dessert. Just be careful of cooking times, microwave it too long and it turns into a brick.
