Happy Monday!!!
Hard-boiled eggs (Day 6) seems like such a light lunch. How many do you eat, and do you typically top it with anything?
Heyy Camille! For Day 6 breakfast and dinner are both going to be pretty good sized meals, so I know I’m only going to want something really light that day 🙂 If I’m still hungry I might throw in some left over pepper strips!
With the hard boiled eggs I normally top them with some mustard — I’m actually going to do a post soon on my “faux-deviled eggs” to show you guys how I eat them on a normal day!
