Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of February 24, 2014 – March 1, 2014.
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day! Also — because I work from home, my “breakfast” normally happens around lunch time — so I only have a snack instead of an actual lunch! It works for us and is what my body likes 🙂

Day 5 | • Larabar | • Grabbing some grub in Boston! | • Mom + Dad are cooking for my birthday dinner! |
Day 6 | • Going out for an omelet from my favorite diner! {Happy Birthday to Meeeeee!} |
