Herbed Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • Fat of choice
  • 5 eggs, cracked and beaten in a bowl
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Salt + pepper
  • 1/4 {8oz} container of goat cheese, crumbled
  • Raw chopped walnuts, to taste {optional}

Instructions

  1. Get a medium sized skillet heating with your favorite fat on the stove.
  2. Crack your eggs into a bowl and beat well {I like to add a small splash of water to mine!}.
  3. Add your dill, basil, garlic powder and salt + pepper into the bowl and beat well again.
  4. When your pan is hot, add in your eggs and start to scramble them.
  5. When they’re almost all the way cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and add in the goat cheese and mix it all around.
  6. Plate it up and add some raw chopped walnuts on top if you’d like!
  7. Serve with your favorite breakfast meat or some fruit and enjoy!
