  • Butter, Ghee or Coconut Oil
  • 1 Salmon Fillet {4-5oz}
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. dried dill
  • Salt + pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 350{F}
  2. Grease the bottom of your baking dish with your butter, ghee or coconut oil.
  3. Rinse your salmon under cool water and pat it dry. Then place it flesh side up in your baking dish.
  4. Dot the top of it with your butter, ghee or coconut oil {mine was still cold so it was literally just dots of butter on the top of it!}.
  5. In a small bowl mix your thyme, garlic powder, dill, salt + pepper. Mix it all up.
  6. Sprinkle a thin layer over your salmon fillet – store the remaining herb mixture to use at a later point.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until your salmon is cooked to your liking.
  8. Serve with either a fried egg or favorite breakfast item and Enjoy!
