All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry!
So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!

Why are you not eating a lunch every other day?

I’m not always hungry or breakfast is bigger than normal or I have a shoot in the afternoon and I normally just skip it 🙂 I try to eat only when I’m hungry so I don’t really follow a set plan of when to eat, more just a general idea of I’ll eat x,y and z today if I’m hungry! 🙂
