Roasted Broccoli

  • 2-3 fresh broccoli crowns, rinsed and cut into florets
  • olive oil
    {or your favorite roasting veggies oil}
  • salt + pepper


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400
  2. Put your florets on a large baking sheet, drizzle with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle on some salt + pepper
  3. Mix it all around with your hands and lay it out in a single layer
  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes until the broccoli is starting to get a little crispy and done to your liking
    Once it’s starting to look almost done keep a really close eye on it, nothing smells or tastes worse than burnt broccoli!
  5. Serve and Enjoy!
