Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of May 18-24, 2015
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
AND this week Toriee {as in the awesome store deals lady} is staying with me Friday – Sunday so my meals might look a little odd those days / we might not even eat what’s planned because we have a habit of changing our minds all the time… but we’ll keep you updated via Instagram!
“Weddings”
Wedding season has officially started! Which means that when you see WEDDING in the meal plan – we have almost zero idea what we’re eating for dinner {99.897654% of the time it is gluten free and either fish or chicken} and will make it as paleo as possible without starving! We always bring with us larabars, nuts and other paleo snacks and have things like Applegate Farm Deli meats, fresh veggies, etc for when we come home in case we’re hungry!

** The Gluten Free {GF} Bread listed isn’t 100% paleo, but as I mentioned on Listen Up Paleo I like to have it sometimes and I don’t react to it!
