Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of October 19-25, 2015
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
Oh! AND: I work from home so I tend to start my day later than the average person, which is why my meal 1 is generally just coffee. By the time I’m hungry it’s closer to 11/12 in the afternoon {or later}! Making it more lunch time than breakfast time!
“Weddings”
Wedding season is here! Which means that when you see WEDDING in the meal plan – we have almost zero idea what we’re eating for dinner {99.897654% of the time it is gluten free and either fish or chicken} and will make it as paleo as possible without starving! We always bring with us larabars, nuts and other paleo snacks and have things like Applegate Farm Deli meats, fresh veggies, etc for when we come home in case we’re hungry!
