Easy + Wicked Pretty Smoothie Bowl!


  • 1 1/2 medium bananas chopped into pieces and frozen
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 – 1 cup water {or a milk of choice!}
  • Toppings {optional}: fresh fruit, flaked or shredded coconut, chia seeds, almond butter, nuts, etc. 


  1. Add your frozen banana, frozen strawberry and frozen mango into a blender or food processor with 1/2 cup water and blend for a minute or so, until it starts to look like a smoothie.
  2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and gift it a quick stir – if feels to thick still add between 1/4 – 1/2 cup extra of liquid. Finish blending until it’s the consistency of your choice! Generally though you want it to be a bit thicker than a normal smoothie so you can eat it with a spoon without a problem! 
  3. Serve in a bowl with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
