{ Daily Log for : June 17, 2012 }


Food:

Morning{9am}: 1 cup of coffee w/ butter, Fish Oil Pill

Lunch {~12:30pm}: Two Eggs + 3 Sausage links all cooked in butter!

Dinner{~7:30 pm}: 1/2 Plate of over sized meatballs, sauce and green beans

After: Saffron Earl Grey Tea

Everything else:
Workout : None
Water Intake: 5 {maybe 6} 24 oz water bottles
Vitamins: {taken after dinner} Fish Oil, Vitamin D & Magnesium

Additional Notes:
Took a day off from working out after the Wedding yesterday!!  {
