Omelets, Chili, soup oh my!
Evenin’ my favs. Well here’s the omelet recipe as promised…. and a few other things!
So today, did the crossfit like warmups to start … will hopefully squeeze in yoga before heading to mum and dads tomorrow for my birthday! Super excited…
So omelets:
Ingredients:
•2 Eggs {or more depending on how big your pan is and how much you want}
•Tbsp of Raw cheese {or more}
•Few Tbsps of left over chili
•Salt,Pepper, Seasoning, olive oil
How-To
•Drizzle wee bit of olive oil in the pan, when heated add your two eggs {Beaten}
•While the pan is heating up heat up your chili, either on the stove or in the microwave.
•While eggs are chillin’ in the pan, add some salt, pepper, and seasoning {I used pizza seasoning, but use whatever you’d like}
•Let eggs cook and hang out for a little bit, until you notice it not looking soupy
•Add cheese, and heated chili on ONE side of the omlete
•Let it get a bit more firm on the inside of omlete
•Because you’ve done this..It’s super easy to flip onside of the omlete over the other
•Turn off the pan let it sit for a minute
Then enjoy! so yummy its not even funny
Personally..I think it’s key to let the eggs cook almost all the way through before adding filing and then folding in half, it allows for even cooking, and makes the folding in half process easier!
While your cooking though..Its suggested you have one of these hanging out with you:
It makes the cooking process a zillion times more interesting…erm I mean fun!
