Here’s my meal plan for the week! My week starts Tuesday because that’s when we go grocery shopping lol!

Wednesday | Kale + Spicy Sausage Soup |
Thursday | Visiting My parents! So no idea lol |
Friday | Meatloaf with Veggies and Homemade mayo |
Saturday | Burgers w/ Caramelized Onions, Spicy Sausage Stir Fry |
Sunday | Chicken Stir Fry {chicken peppers tomatoes etc } |
Monday | Meatballs + Tomato Sauce w/ string beans as the “noodles” |
** We don’t plan breakfasts and lunches…generally just do leftovers from the night before or eggs for breakfast {or lunch}. Mr. Not-So Paleo has plenty of snack food / other stuff he likes that he makes himself if he gets hungry too!
Do you do most/all/half the cooking, or are these just your dinners? I’m assuming you don’t make separate dinners though.
TT – Mr. Not so Paleo eats the same dinners as me, if it’s like a soup or something he might add crackers, or if it’s burgers I’ll but his on a roll.. but other wise we both eat the exact same. The only time we vary is snack time or lunch.. where he’ll tell me to eat the leftovers { If we have any} and he’ll eat the not so paleo stuff! Some days I get him 100% paleo! which is always epic!
