Morning{7am}: 1 cup of coffee + espresso w/ Whole Milk, Fish Oil Pill
Morning {~10:00 am}: 1/2 Cup Full Fat Greek Yogurt w/ Blackberries
Dinner{~6:30 pm}: Burgers and Summer Salad
Everything else:
Workout : Workout #2 {Jillian Michaels 90 Day Body Revolution}
Water Intake: 5 {maybe 6} 24 oz water bottles
Vitamins: {taken after dinner} Fish Oil, Vitamin D & Magnesium
Additional Notes:
Worked a ton at my desk … so I wasn’t as hungry!
