Seriously another busy week! Our Weekly Menus are going to look really weird the next few weeks, We won’t be home for dinner at least one – two nights a week I think…every week until the end of October…. Go Team Us!
** We don’t plan breakfasts and lunches…generally just do leftovers from the night before or eggs for breakfast {or lunch}. Mr. Not-So Paleo has plenty of snack food / other stuff he likes that he makes himself if he gets hungry too!

rice on paleo?
Yes! Rice for some is ok and their bodies handle it really well. A lot of paleos are eating white rice and white potato (in moderation). I like to eat rice on occasion with dinner ( on days that I do a big workout) just to change things up a bit for my taste buds and my metabolism 🙂
And some eat soaked legumes, too! It’s all about what your body copes well with.
I’m grain-free 100%, but eat dairy and the odd serving of peas in their pods (runnerbeans or snowpeas, for example). But some Paleos eat rice and some eat pre-sprouted, aktivated or untampered grains. Whatever your body likes. 🙂
