Confession: I’ve had a really hard time the last few months keeping up a workout regime. Between working, blogging and trying to keep up with an expanding business something had to give. And that was sadly my workouts and sometimes if we’re being honest my eating — which is 100% normal and I know that 98.646% of you have been in my shoes before!
But everyone falls off some kind of bandwagon and like you guys I am only human. I go through rough patches and I go through times where I’m right there like a A+ student. But I’m so ready to finally get over this slump I’ve been in. And what better way to do that than an impulsive challenge of sorts. That’s right, I said impulsive. Because if there’s one thing I know about myself is that if I sit and plan something out for a good long period of time it just won’t get done. I’ll just literally live in the land of planning {like I have the last few months }. Trust me — it’s not super pretty!
And what is this challenge you ask yourself?
365 day workout challenge {that started on 11/4/2014}! Right I know crazy, but this includes things like yoga, sprints, weight lifting and really long dog walks! I don’t really care what kind of workout I’m doing, as long as it’s me doing something other than working / my normal daily routines. So I’m totally happy if 10 minutes of yoga happens before bed somedays!
Right so I’m excited but nervous all at the same time. Excited because I need this and nervous because I know myself and how I have a hard time sticking to workout challenges/routines. But to keep myself a little more honest I’m going to be posting updates of some kind so you guys can see what I’m up too!
I’m even considering just making my workouts / updates a weekly blog post — let me know if that’s something that might interest you guys!
