Michele Spring is a mom of 2 young boys and suffers from Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Celiac Disease. She blogs at Thriving On Paleo, a Paleo food and lifestyle blog where she shares recipes, health tips, and natural beauty and lifestyle tips. She has been using the Paleo diet for over 3 years to start healing, but it wasn’t until she started living by the Paleo lifestyle as well this past year that she started feeling better than she has since high school. She now is huge on making sure sleep and relaxation is a regular part of her life. She is passionate about spreading the word that food and lifestyle changes can heal and that one shouldn’t settle for feeling just ok as they get older.
