Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of August 3-9, 2015
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
“Weddings”
Wedding season has officially started! Which means that when you see WEDDING in the meal plan – we have almost zero idea what we’re eating for dinner {99.897654% of the time it is gluten free and either fish or chicken} and will make it as paleo as possible without starving! We always bring with us larabars, nuts and other paleo snacks and have things like Applegate Farm Deli meats, fresh veggies, etc for when we come home in case we’re hungry!

Hello. 🙂 What kind of smoothies do you drink?
Heyy Elizabeth! I make my own with kefir and fruit {generally berries and banana} normally . I’ve been adding almond butter too for something a little different!
