Wait.. coffee with butter.. does that taste good? I miss my half & half, so I’ve been using full fat coconut milk – never tried or even thought to try butter.

    • Liz says:

oh gosh it’s so good…it reminds me of either whole milk or half and half..gotta be unsalted and most people say to use a blender to mix it up, but I just use a spoon and stir it in because I’m lazy lmao :)

  • Leslie says:

Okay I’m glad I poked around b/c I was about to ask the same thing about coffee with butter! Would it work with ghee? I don’t do dairy, and hardly ever use butter.

    • Liz says:

Hey Leslie! You could use Ghee….I found that the brands I get are a bit too salty tasting for coffee, you could try to clarify your own butter or make your own ghee and see if that changes the salty level at all :)
