Yeah.. I suppose it is the New Year for some people already, almost the New Year for the rest of us… Crazy right?
In march this blog will be a year old, This is my second paleo Holiday season and a million and one things have changed since this time last year {for one thing this blog was just something I was thinking about in my head}.

But I just wanted to thank you guys for everything, for being awesome readers, for being on facebook with me and just creating an epic community. I love getting emails from you guys or reading all the stuff on facebook, and just seeing everyone be themselves and get some great advice…

And all the coffee talk…. who can forget the coffee?

I’ve got some surprises in store for you in 2012 so keep watch!
And I promise to be wicked good about posting my weekly shopping trips, meal plans, and the deals at Whole Food & Trader Joe’s.
