Morning{8am}: 1 cup of coffee w/ butter, Fish Oil Pill
In-between: Coffee From Starbucks
Lunch {~1:30pm}: Salad from Boloco w/ Grassfed Steak on it!
Dinner{~8:00 pm}:Sweet Potato Rounds w/ ground beef + Onions
After: Saffron Earl Grey Tea
Everything else:
Workout {~4:00am}: Level 1 30 day Shred {Jillian Michaels}
Water Intake: 5 {maybe 6} 24 oz water bottles
Vitamins: {taken after dinner} Fish Oil, Vitamin D & Magnesium
Additional Notes:
Worked at Standing Desk for portion of day… Ran a whole bunch of errands {hence not working on till later}.
