Food:
Morning{8am}: 1 cup of coffee w/ butter, Fish Oil Pill
Post-Workout Snack {~12:30pm}: 1 Leftover mini burger, 3 hard boiled eggs
Lunch/Dinner{~3:00 pm}: No Chopping Required {Made w/ beef and a smidge bit of Jasmine Rice}
After: Cappuccino from Starbucks {made w/ whole milk}
Everything else:
Workout {~11:30am}: Level 1 30 day Shred {Jillian Michaels}
Water Intake: 5 {maybe 6} 24 oz water bottles
Vitamins: {taken after dinner} Fish Oil, Vitamin D & Magnesium
Additional Notes:
Worked at Standing Desk for portion of day… Meeting @ Starbucks w/ client, hence Cappuccino {very rare treat for me!}.
Pretty beat after workout, didn’t want to eat when I came home after late meeting, hence added in the wee bit o’ rice with dinner!
