** We don’t plan breakfasts and lunches…generally just do leftovers from the night before or eggs for breakfast {or lunch}. Mr. Not-So Paleo has plenty of snack food / other stuff he likes that he makes himself if he gets hungry too!

Thank you for doing a Paleo Menu Plan. Your plans have been a great help for me as I change my family over. When I realized there were so few Paleo Menu Plans, I started trying to do my own. So far, I’m 2 for 2.
I love having roasted carrots with burgers. I normally cut them as fries, so that my brain thinks burger and fries. But, I think I like the carrots better anyway!
