Here are the meals for the week!

** We don’t plan breakfasts and lunches…generally just do leftovers from the night before or eggs for breakfast {or lunch}. Mr. Not-So Paleo has plenty of snack food / other stuff he likes that he makes himself if he gets hungry too!

Looks good! What do you do for your cube steak? I always seem to have too much of it since we buy beef in bulk but I really don’t like the stuff. It’s so chewy and tough! But the crockpot recipes I have found all have those gravy mixes and flour in them.

I actually just fry mine up in some butter with seasoning 🙂 I haven’t had a hard time with it being tough before… I know a lot of people will coat it in an egg wash and then in coconut flour or almond flour and fry it up that way to it’s a bit “crispier”!
You could though just cut it up and dump it in a chili that you let simmer for a while, to give the meat time to tenderize!
The chili idea is great! I never thought of that!
