Ive been eating clean for almost 2 years now and i love it! I have recently switched to mostly vegan after doing some research in an attempt to further improve my health but after a slow but steady increase in fatigue and decrease in muscle mass (even though my exercise routine has not changed) i increased my animal based protein and started to regain some of my energy. Over the past few days ive been doing more research on paleo and i plan on transitioning my diet over the next month. Your website has given me a lot of info and ideas on how to get started but i will take all the help i can get! Ive also recently started a new job at whole foods (several of my co-workers are paleo while others are hardcore vegan so it will be interesting for sure lol) but wont be receiving my first paycheck for another 2 weeks so yeah, any and all help is needed including free paleo approved products haha!
