Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of July 7-13, 2014.
As a note: All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry!
So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!

Hello! Love the idea behind your blog! I want to show my friends and family that it is possible to eat paleo on a budget… I’ll have to send them to your site 🙂 I was just wondering, after looking at your meal plans, about how much do you spend per week on food?

Thank you so much!!!! We spend roughly $50-$100 / week, it really depends on how much I have in the freezer as stock up and if there are massive sales! But on average we’ll call it $75/week for two people w/ buying a little extra every week!
