Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of July 13-19, 2015
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
“Weddings”
Wedding season has officially started! Which means that when you see WEDDING in the meal plan – we have almost zero idea what we’re eating for dinner {99.897654% of the time it is gluten free and either fish or chicken} and will make it as paleo as possible without starving! We always bring with us larabars, nuts and other paleo snacks and have things like Applegate Farm Deli meats, fresh veggies, etc for when we come home in case we’re hungry!

** The Gluten Free {GF} Bread listed isn’t 100% paleo, but as I mentioned on Listen Up Paleo I like to have it sometimes and I don’t react to it!

How are the smoothies working for you? When are we going to get some of your favorite combos/recipes? 🙂
The smoothies are fun! I’m doing kefir and fruit smoothies currently — post will come soon!
How closely do you follow your meal plans? They look very small… you must snack often! Or eat much less than me 😛
Is it hard for you to have only coffee for breakfast?

I try to follow as closely as possible but sometimes I will snack in between! Coffee for breakfast is easy for me mainly because I wake up later than most people because I work from home – around 9-10am! And in the Summer for some reason I tend to not be as hungry as in the winter so it’s a little less food wise in the meal plan 🙂
