Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of August 10-16, 2015
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
“Weddings”
Wedding season has officially started! Which means that when you see WEDDING in the meal plan – we have almost zero idea what we’re eating for dinner {99.897654% of the time it is gluten free and either fish or chicken} and will make it as paleo as possible without starving! We always bring with us larabars, nuts and other paleo snacks and have things like Applegate Farm Deli meats, fresh veggies, etc for when we come home in case we’re hungry!

I really enjoy your weekly meal plans, not least because I tend to have coffee for breakfast, too!
Your book, by the way, is currently winging its way to my door, after which I intend to have your mug cake for lunch on a regular basis, although subbing honey for maple syrup. Sweet tooth.
