Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of August 24-30, 2015
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
“Weddings”
Wedding season has officially started! Which means that when you see WEDDING in the meal plan – we have almost zero idea what we’re eating for dinner {99.897654% of the time it is gluten free and either fish or chicken} and will make it as paleo as possible without starving! We always bring with us larabars, nuts and other paleo snacks and have things like Applegate Farm Deli meats, fresh veggies, etc for when we come home in case we’re hungry!

Hi just found your blog and was wondering why you don’t have breakfast ? In have no idea about paleo how to approach it and I don’t have alot of money but there is me and my Hubby and our picky toddler that mostly never eats the same as us especially veggies or meats

I’ve never been hungry in the morning {even when I was a kid} so I tend to avoid eating breakfast and I also work from home so I tend to wake up a bit later than most people so by the time I actually do get hungry it’s mosts lunch time!
