Weekly Meal Plan {Week of January 20, 2013}

Here are the meals for the week!

Sunday Meat Sauce + Green Beans {recipe coming soon!}
Monday Roasted Butternut Squash + Burgers
Tuesday Chicken + Spinach
Wednesday Roasted Carrot Fries + Beef w/ onion stirfry
Thursday Sweet Potato Chicken Salad
{w/ butternut squash instead of Sweet Potato}
Friday No Chopping Required
Saturday Steak + Veggies Salad

** We don’t plan breakfasts and lunches…generally just do leftovers from the night before or eggs for breakfast {or lunch}. Mr. Not-So Paleo has plenty of snack food / other stuff he likes that he makes himself if he gets hungry too!
