Here’s this week’s meal plan for the week of February 17, 2014 – February 23, 2014.
As a note:
All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry! So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!
Also — because I work from home, my “breakfast” normally happens around lunch time — so I only have a snack instead of an actual lunch! It works for us and is what my body likes 🙂

• Chicken + HB Eggs | • Kale + Tomato{ish} Soup {Recipe also in the book} |
Day 5 | • Scrambled Eggs • Bacon • Cherry Tomatoes • Applegate Farm Sausages • Green Tea |
• Probably not going to be hungry here b/c of meeting |
• I have a meeting tonight so we’re going to go simple w/ No Chopping Required |

How do you do sushi on a paleo eating regime? With the rice in it it’s not paleo.

Rice is now one of those grey area / OK on Paleo foods along with White Potato — it’s totally a personal preference / whatever your body can handle! I do eat white rice occasionally and sushi is a treat around here so I never mind indulging a little!
