As a note: All of these are meals are “Guidelines” — I always listen to my body and don’t eat if I’m not hungry or I eat a little extra if I’m still hungry!
So some of these meals might not happen or they might happen at a different time of the day!

This is really cool, I do the same thing for myself on a Sunday. Definitely the best way to make sure you’re not caught short on your diet. Enjoy your wedding! Those carrots in the picture look gorgeous!
I’m new to this – is there a reason why you’re skipping what I assume is lunch? I’m pretty sure I couldn’t do that.
Heyy James! I’m just normally not hungry for “lunch” Because I work from home I tend to wake up a bit later than most so my breakfast/lunch gets combine into one meal most of the time for me!
And I also notice that my Bulletproof coffee keeps me really full for most of the day too 🙂
